Witold Studzinski is the member of the Bar Association in Wałbrzych (Poland). He is an `adwokat` which is an equivalent to 'attorney at law', 'advocate', 'barrister' or 'solicitor'.
Witold Studziński is authorized to represent clients in all common courts in Poland and in the Polish Supreme Court, the Constitutional Tribunal, as well as in the Supreme Administrative Court in Warsaw. He is also a criminal defense attorney in Poland.
Witold Studzinski is the partner in the „Pretor” Law Office in the heart of Wrocław. He also has an office in Kłodzko. The majority of his activities concentrate in South western Poland (Wrocław, Kłodzko, Opole) as well as in Warsaw where the Polish Supreme Court has its seat.

Witold Studzinski graduated in Polish Law at the Univeristy of Wrocław in 2003. His main filed of interest was European Law.
For three years Witold Studzinski studied at the University of Regensburg in Germany, where he graduated in German Law in 2005. His main field of interest was German civil law (the debtor protection by the assignment of the debt).
He passed the examinations on German Company Law, German Lawsuit, German Environmental Law and European Law.
Witold Studzinski did a summer internship for the Polish General Consulate in Munich (Germany) at its Law Department.
He worked for the reputable law firm in Klodzko (Kancelaria Adwokacka Tadeusz Piskorz – Deneszewski).
In 2007 he finished his legal clerkship and did outstanding on his bar exam.

Witold Studzinski speaks fluently in English (he gained the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the British Council/Cambridge University), German (masters degree in German Law) and Italian (completed two courses on the basics of Italian Law).
In 2006 he won the elocution competition for the legal clerkships.
He is also the co-author of the study book “Human Rights of the 1st and 2nd Generation”.
Witold Studzinski continues his education by taking part in various legal courses and seminars.
He is also admissed before all the Courts in Poland, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal, as well as the Supreme Administrative Court in Warsaw.
